What are inspired by perfumes?

It's a product which is inspired by a stated designer fragrance, NOT a replica or copy, this is not to be confused these are not from the brands themself.

Are they identical to the inspired brands?

We do not claim to be replicas of any fragrances.

We spend large amounts of time in our dedicated fragrance lab testing all our fragrances to match them as close as possible, but it is impossible to ever get a 100% match. Many of the well known brands will even change scents slightly because of the raw materials, over time, they may change slighty.

Are your perfumes Vegan friendly and cruelty free?

We only use Vegan Friendly Fragrance Oils, and they are cruelty free!

Are they safe to spray on clothing?

As there is a higher oil content to make them last longer, with ALL perfumes, not just Mister Fragrances perfumes, we do not recommend that you spray perfumes on clothes, however if you do its at your own risk.

How should I store my inspired perfume?

Please note as with all fragrances, they must be kept out of direct sunlight and away from hot/cold elements. Failure to do so may result in your product being affected.

Please note over extended periods of time, all fragrances may change in scent.

Where are you based?

We are based in the United Kingdom, All fragrances are made in house using carefully selected oils.

Orders, Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel or alter my order after it has been placed?

No sorry - all of our shipping is automatically generated, so we cannot cancel or edit an order once it has been placed;  this includes address changes and adding/removing products from your order as our order processing is automatic.

Subscription Policy

When placing an order using the subscription service, you will be subscribed for a minimum of two orders before being able to cancel.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. We ship orders daily so most orders will be dispatched on the following working day. 

Please note during busy periods processing time may take longer than usual, meaning dispatching your item will also be longer.

Delivery time frames are calculated from dispatch.

What if my order has arrived damaged? or items are missing?

Please take pictures of the outer wrapping, the damaged items(s) and make sure that the fragrance name is visible and then email the pictures to our Customer Support Team at hello@misterfrangrance.co.uk.

Do not dispose of the bottles or packaging until we have advised you that we completed our investigations.

All damages or missing items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

What if I was sent the wrong fragrance for my order?

Please check your order confirmation with the email confirmation you have received and if there are any discrepancies, please email hello@misterfragrance.co.uk with a picture of all the goods received along with the packing slip.

All errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Returns & replacements

If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.

When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.

 

We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas. 

We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange

If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.

All refunds are subject to inspection by the Mister Fragrance team.
