Shipping policy

SHIPPING.

We ship orders via Royal Mail Tracked service.

We offer;

Standard shipping (2-3 working days)

Express shipping (1-2 working days).

 

*Please note during high traffic periods such as sales or holidays, in adverse weather conditions or postal strikes, we can not guarantee these delivery times.

*We aim to ship most orders daily, however, please allow 24 hours processing time for your parcel to be shipped. This processing time may be longer during busy periods such as sales or holidays.  Delivery time is calculated from when the parcel is shipped. We only dispatch orders on working days.

*We only ship parcels on working days. 

* We do not cover any duty taxes or import fees, once the parcel reaches the destination the customer is responsible to pay any additional charges. The prices of the shipping does not include duty taxes.
