Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas.
We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.

I think I must of purchased 8 bottles of Angel now, it’s my go to fragrance. It’s as close as you will get to the real thing for the money. It’s the fragrance that has everything and can be worn night or day. Lasts for hours without a top up. This fragrance probably gets me the most compliments as well. I’m quite disappointed with this perfume. Unfortunately, the scent doesn’t last very long at all, and I find myself needing to reapply it frequently throughout the day, I expected much better longevity. The fragrance itself is nice, but the poor staying power makes it difficult for me to recommend.
