Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas.
We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
All refunds are subject to inspection by the Mister Fragrance team.

This is another amazing quality product from MF! This was a blind buy for me but I absolutely love it. Definitely a Saturday night out with the wife kind of scent. She loves it as well but thinks it's more of a masculine scent. Keep the great work up guys this is another cracker!

Smells very near the original. I find with a lot of the Mister Fragrance samples /bottles I have had , the initial 20 minutes of the scents are very strong and then they dial back to being very near or identical to the originals but longer lasting. I would recommend taking a punt on the samples , as if you like the original versions, you will like the Mister Fragrance samples in the same way

Top quality. Definitely worth the money
I’ve tried a sample of side effect and it’s a masterpiece. One of the best winter fragrances of all time. Effected by mister fragrance manages to capture the scent really well. The opening is a more vanilla sweet and the spices and boozy notes come later in the fragrance. It’s a solid clone of the fragrance, I’d say 90% similar. I just find the original to be a lot smoother and more refined.

I was very hesitant about buying this perfume , but I’m so glad I did , I don’t really go for the scent I picked usually but I’m glad I did , it’s a hell if a mark down in price to other well known brands and I absolutely love it and will be coming back for more of what I bought plus differ t ranges , thank you for making my experience a very good one
