Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. We ship orders daily so most orders will be dispatched on the following working day.
Please note during busy periods processing time may take longer than usual, meaning dispatching your item will also be longer.
Delivery time frames are calculated from dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas.
We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
All refunds are subject to inspection by the Mister Fragrance team.

I really love the Elixir! It's way better than the original tbh. But I have having a hard time appreciating the Nomad and Imagine. But for sure I'll buy more of the elixir. Wow I am very happy with the 3x bundle. The quality of product and bottles is very good. You pay more than other dupe companies but the quality definitely shows and can tell its very high quality. Very long lasting scents and smell identical to the originals but at a fraction of the cost.
Nicely presented packaging. The bottles are substantial and with good quality sprays. The fragrances are very much in line with the original fragrances. The oily texture of the liquid when applied to the skin doubles up as a good moisturiser. It leaves the skin nourished and shiny. The fragrance is bold but not overpowering and appears to last reasonably well. Overall good value for money.
Have bought several other Dupes from other companies unfortunately they did not last very long. It’s true what they say about this one they do last and smell so much longer and better. Have already had loads of compliments and asked where did I buy these. Going to purchase more at a later date. Highly recommended.
