Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. We ship orders daily so most orders will be dispatched on the following working day.
Please note during busy periods processing time may take longer than usual, meaning dispatching your item will also be longer.
Delivery time frames are calculated from dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas.
We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
All refunds are subject to inspection by the Mister Fragrance team.

I recently got a 3ml sample pack featuring Halfety, Oud Wood, Levante, 540, and Thair. They all impressed me with its exceptional quality and unique profile, reflecting Mister Fragrance’s dedication to high-quality ingredients. However, its longevity is lacking, lasting only about 4 hours before fading, which is disappointing. But overall not bad at all.

I got a sample pack of 5 each one being fantastic, really love the orchid, tobacco and the nomad is unreal. I have never had an aftershave last as long and be as strong as Nomad, i have received alot of compliments on that one mostly. Im not sure the other two last as long or as strong but they are certainly close. Fair to say i am now ordering a 3 x 50ml pack of those three. I have tried other dupes and these ones are by far the best i have tried
I thought the fragrance was amazing, although really want to have a sample of the Arabian tonka, before I buy the bundle as will buy 3. I work in hospitality and I tell all the guests to buy from you so would love to try the Arabian.

Why can’t I ship to Nigeria? This is my first time to be here and i really love perfumes This is disappointing
Not bad at all love the smell, however does not seem to last that long. I appreciate that this is dependent on several factors and I will say that my clothes seem to hold the smell when I come back to them. Tobacco and vanilla is by far my favourite.
They are nice testers before I buy the real bottles. They smell great and last 2-3 hours but weaker during the 3rd hour. I didn’t like the Arabian tonka but I’ll probably buy the pacific and afternoon swim. Then I’ll buy the real imagination and soire. Again great testers but for some of the bottles I would prefer the real thing.
Ok Some smells better than others
All 5 samples smell better than the fragrances thet they are inspired by, and they last twice as long. The nomad bottle was damaged in delivery but not enough for me not to use
Thought I would give mister fragrance a try after seeing some content online. Bought 5 testers and all smell exactly the same as the ones they replicate. Can still smell one strongly on a jacket that I sprayed 3 days ago. Would definitely recommend to try. Well worth the price
