We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. We ship orders daily so most orders will be dispatched on the following working day.
Please note during busy periods processing time may take longer than usual, meaning dispatching your item will also be longer.

Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas.
We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
All refunds are subject to inspection by the Mister Fragrance team.

Best fragrance I ever had
Got the three 50ml bottles (London, nomad, madam) and some miniatures to try out. Got to say I’m not bothered what they’re inspired by but mor bothered about them smelling nice and lasting, which they all do. Definitely will be buying more from here in the future.

I purchased the 50ml 3 bundle offer. I got Elixir, Mensite and Tweed. I was impressed with the scent of all 3 perfumes. The scents feel premium. I didn't find the longevity was all that good (average 4 - 6 hours), but they might need to mature for a bit longer. Bottles and atomisers are great. Delivery was fast, packaging was good.

These 3 scents are gold. Smell absolutely amazing - as close to the original as you can get and genuinely LAST - which is the biggest and secondary most important thing. Top quality and have recommended to others. Don’t care that they smell quite masculine! I’m a woman and I wear these and get compliments all the time from other women and men. Customer for life.

I bought Pura,540,Savage which are all great and last long however after a month or two my pura bottle decided to just stop squirting anything out even though i can hear the liquid inside the bottle

Long lasting smell
