Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.

We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.

First off, I’ve bought these fragrances off multiple firms, I’ve done the lot and they’re all pretty much of the same, poor quality bottle, especially the lids. In and around the scent profile you want but last an hour at best. These guys are miles ahead, bottles are great quality, (Especially the catch magnet lids)! And the profile is no different to the original, and unlike anyone else I’ve experienced the scent lasts all day. 10/10 will be only using these lads now. Kudos!
