Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas.
We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.

I have quite a few fragrances from Mister Fragrance, but Arabian is my favourite. This Fragrance never fails to attract compliments. I get stopped and asked in the supermarket what aftershave I’m wearing (one woman even said that it smells amazing) I get asked at the gym it never fails . I can still smell it on my clothes the next day , it truly is really that good , love it and thanks Mister Fragrance 😁
I was sceptical at the beginning, however I sprayed it a few times and it felt like the projection wasn't there. I then left it for a week ... And when I applied it, it felt like the fragrance had become a lot stronger! Great delivery time, great product, I'd highly recommend.

Bangin’ scent this. Sprayed it into the air to have a smell before I sprayed some on myself and I could tell it’s a strong scent. I used three squirts on myself and it lasted all day. My son’s getting involved too so I’ll be putting another order in sooner than I’d planned!! I’ll be trying the other scents too. Well worth the money.
