Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas.
We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
All refunds are subject to inspection by the Mister Fragrance team.

Actually smells identical tbh, you cannot tell the difference. The performance and longevity is surprisingly on par if not better than the original. Need restocking on nearly all of the available fragrances that’s when you know they’re proper👍🏻

This is an exceptional fragrance, really unique and very nice on the nose. My only issue was I was expecting the silage and longevity. Don’t get me wrong it lasts and projects for a good few hours, but doesn’t feel more than Noted Aromas who I used previously.

Smelt Balmain Carbon on the way in the Selfridges in Manchester and immediately knew I needed to buy it. I left it though. Came across a few dupe websites but no one did Carbon. Then stumbled on Mister Fragrance and the masked up Kyle Walker voice. Saw they did Carbon and had to try it. It’s perfect and I get a fair people asking asking ‘who is it that smells nice’ and every time…it’s me. Thanks Mister Fragrance
If I have one complaint and it is this.= I am now the owner of 7 of your fragrances and for years I tended to have one for work, one for leisure and one for general day to day use. Out of these 7 I cannot decide which to use. I don't know which to say is my favourite as they are all to my mind superb!!! Oh, I ordered, I think on a Tuesday and got them on the Thursday!! Thank you from a very happy customer.
