Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas.
We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
All refunds are subject to inspection by the Mister Fragrance team.

Absolutely dreamy !! Smells like sweet fruit candy & marshmallows on a warm summers night , it’s absolutely decadent. Very much on the sweet gourmand side and the little hint of vanilla sets it off just right . My hubby keeps telling me I smell soooo good . I won’t tell him what it is I’m wearing though it’s my little secret 🤫 I honestly think this perfume is a must for anybody to have in their collection and the scent match to the real thing is spot on it saves me loads of money too as I can wear this of a day time without using my real bottle

Love the scent ! Beautiful fragrance, the only thing was that the scent didn’t seem to last quite as long as I’d hoped ! I think I’m going to get a bigger size so I can give a good few sprays on my body, hair and clothes . The customer service was very good ! Which is really important to me . They clearly love making customers happy so I will definitely be buying more fragrances from them.
