Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas.
We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
All refunds are subject to inspection by the Mister Fragrance team.

Bad boy spray
I previously bought Arabian and loved it and it smells awesome and get compliments of it all the time. So I decided to get another 100ml bottle alongside the 100ml Normad and the 100ml Vibration at 30% discount. It was worth as I also like the nomad as that smells Amazing to however the Vibration is not my type As it to Sweet for my liking at first but then it changes throughout the day. But still Not my favourite. Overall I am happy with the fragrances. I will definitely buying more when required.

The smell is bang on and lasts a long time, i got that delievered tried it and ordered another straight away, i got the blue this time to try as ive heard that's a very nice smell, will definetly be back everytime i need spray. Need point going to spend 100s of pounds when you can come here and spend a fraction, ive had loads of compliments from the nomad.
