Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas.
We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
All refunds are subject to inspection by the Mister Fragrance team.

I was in so much doubt ordering from a place I’ve not ordered from before. I am so pleasantly surprised! I sprayed this one one arm and the little bit of original I had left on the other. Wow!!!!!! This is stronger and lasts sooooo much longer!!!!! So strong that you do not need to re spray and don’t spray too much as it’s so concentrated! I’d say it’s like the “elixir” version ;) will definitely try other perfumes from here! Thanks :)
