Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas.
We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
All refunds are subject to inspection by the Mister Fragrance team.

I have been waiting to try the various fragrances from Mr Fragrance as i had tried another well known social media and while the scent i loved the longevity wasnot so great. so the first thing i did was test mr Fragrance, s Tabacco scent and after 8 hours i was stillable to distinguish scent. The bonus pointtoo was that i loved the scent so i took it with me to the USA. well worthtrying these fragrances as from what ican tell tge scent lingers and thats what is needed.

Very disappointing experience with Mister Fragrance. I ordered and paid for 3 perfumes but received only 2 on 20th October 2026. I complained immediately about the missing perfume and also raised concerns that the perfumes appeared to have been sprayed or used. On 23rd October, they responded only to the issue of the perfumes being sprayed, claiming they test them before dispatch. However, they completely ignored my complaint about the missing perfume. Three days later, I still have no explanation, refund or replacement. Very poor customer service and disappointing communication.

First fragrance I bought from mister fragrance after deciding to take a punt. I went with their signature scent “Tobacco”. Absolutely gorgeous scent. Massively impressed. The Mrs loves it and I’ve been getting compliments in supermarkets and shops which has never happened with named brands. Won’t lie, the scent was overpowering at first and I thought I’d dropped a clanger but it mellowed really quickly but stays for hours. I’ll 100% be in the market for more soon.
