Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.

We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.

The fragrance smells pleasant, but given the price, I expected much better longevity. Its longevity is comparable to much cheaper, inspired-by alternatives.

I hate to say this but I genuinely assumed this Brand was a gimmick. So now I need to apologise after my first bottle... its absolutely amazing, smells fantastic, the oil lingers on the skin for hours and hours! My skin and clothes smell of it the next day! Anything ive brushed against is smelling of my aftershave. I wont buy high end anymore, I'll be coming here, saving a few quid and smelling like a million dollars. Thank you Mister Fragrance.

What an incredible product. Well made, handsome bottle and a scent that is pretty much indistinguishable from the scent that inspired it. A couple of sprays of this scent will last all day so unquestionably a high quality eau de parfum, as advertised. I’ve had so many random complements with this fragrance. Would highly recommend.
