Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas.
We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.

Atomiser stopped working after one use however it is a lovely summer scent only if the issue can be resolved or perfume could be swapped with one with working atomiser

I have bought many dupes over the years, very sceptical at first, especially with Mr. Fragrance wearing a balaclava but I had to try it. Nothing and I mean nothing comes as close to the real thing as these do and they last and last and last. I won’t be going anywhere else for my fragrances from now on.
I’ve tried a few of these, they’d all be rated for me 4/5. This however if I could give it more than 5 stars I would do! It smells incredible, lasts all day and I’ve never worn a fragrance that has received so many compliments. 100% will buy this one again, closest to the original I have smelt!
