If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas.
We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.

Absolutely gorgeous perfume! Long lasting (I took a shower and could still smell it on me!) best dupe by far (I’ve had others E.vault and S.Reserve ones and they were utter rubbish) this one smells like the real thing. Only need two sprays one for the wrists and one on the neck and it lasts all day. Bottle is lovely with a magnetic click cap which feels really good! Definitely be buying more

Installing aircon in the boiling hot sunshine, before id taken that picture I'd been under the holiday home. So I was covered in dust and all sorts and you can imagine the heat under there..........stepped into the house, hadn't been in there no more than 2minutes and the customer (high profile kinda client) came walking into the hallway asking who was wearing Louis Vuitton ombre nomad😅 that's how fucking good and how strong mister fragrance nomad is! Went to Greece at the end of May went for an evening meal.......took over the whole restaurant the waitress said she could smell me from the kitchen!!! I won't buy from anywhere else now, these are NO JOKE! Complements on every fragrance I've used.....nomad, imagine and Arabian! Genuinely can't wait to try the others out!

In my opinion this is the best scent they do. Think I’m on my third bottle. Compliments at work all the time. When I tell them it isn’t a designer fragrance they’re surprised.

I’ve tried “inspired by” fragrances from other suppliers in the past and was hugely disappointed. The scents often smelled heavily of alcohol, didn’t last very long, and in some cases even gave me a headache. I decided to give Mister Fragrance a try and ordered several samples. My personal favourites are Arabian, Imagine, Levante, and Nomade, although I’m sure there are plenty of other great scents in the range. I can honestly say the quality has exceeded my expectations. The fragrances smell fantastic, last for hours, and project really well. What’s most surprising is that after spending years buying expensive designer fragrances such as Dior Sauvage and Bleu de Chanel, which rarely attracted comments, the Mister Fragrance scents have actually received compliments. I’ve had people ask, “What are you wearing?” and even comment, “Somebody smells nice.” In my opinion, the quality and value for money are excellent. Having experienced these fragrances, I struggle to justify paying the premium prices charged by the mainstream designer brands.
Brilliant! Was abit dubious about ordering as saw ads on Facebook. Got them for weeks and weeks and finally gave in and ordered 2 fragrances. The marketing worked! The fragrances are fantastic and have received compliments already especially for the ‘Levante’. Will be ordering again when I run out. Give it a whiff!!!
