Returns & Exchanges
If you have received an item damaged this can be replaced or refunded, please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. This must be done within 14 days of delivery.
When contacting us please include: Name, order number, address and photographic evidence of any damages. If evidence of damages is not included we will not accept a return or issue a refund.
We hope you are happy with your order, we are an inspired by fragrance company and do not claim to be replicas.
We are unable to exchange a perfume after it has been sprayed. We require items to be in their original, unused condition for returns or exchanges. Sprayed perfume is considered used and therefore not eligible for return or exchange
If your item is unused and you would like to return your item please contact us via the contact form or emailing hello@misterfragrance.co.uk. We will exchange your product or offer store credit. This must be done within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest using a track and trace method of shipping as Mister Fragrance will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.

This perfume is the best i have smelt in a long time . I have tried other companies but this is the best by far . I ordered the powered vanlille scent and i must say it lasts the whole day and it stays on your clothes. I will definitely be ordering some more . This weekend at work 8 people asked me what I was wearing as they said it smelled amazing... Powdered vanilla was the answer...whether it's working at the bar or in my Backcave the compliments have been wonderful ❤️

This Powdered Vanille smells absolutely amazing just like a perfume I tried in Marbella that I wanted to buy but the hair and body spray was £55 and the perfume £90 so probably 80% cheaper as it was a very expensive shop that I loved to go in. Spray in your hair and it last all day and night. This is my favourite out of all the 10 3ml I got. A great idea doing a miniature 3ml so i also purchased the offer and got an extra 10% off so 5 for £18 so I got 10 different ones. Will buy a larger bottle definitely so I will look for a discount too…

Very nice, Unisex for sure. Seems to last quite a while on clothes but on skin it seemed to dry down to a skin scent after just a couple of hours. Still very nice. Not all fragrances need or should project loud.
